My stay at the Intercontinental Chengdu Global Center was absolutely amazing! From the spacious and clean room with a balcony view to the delicious breakfast by the pool, everything was great. The only downside was that some of the facilities could use a bit of renovation, especially the gym. But overall, the attentive service from the staff truly made my experience feel really good.

While the hotel's luxurious atmosphere, large elegant rooms, and fantastic breakfast stood out, I faced some hiccups such as delays in getting my laundry back and issues with the exits from the hotel. Overall, the amenities were great, but the management needs to address the staff communication and the condition of the facilities.
